Employee Rules & Conditions

Welcome to V Tech Agents. In our commitment to maintaining a productive, respectful, and professional work environment, we have established the following rules and conditions for our employees. It is mandatory for every employee to read and agree to these rules and conditions on our website upon joining the company. These guidelines are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and compliance in our workplace practices.

1. Employment Terms

​

  • Position and Duties: Employees shall be assigned duties as per the company's requirements and may be transferred to different departments or branch offices within India or abroad.

  • Probation Period: The first ninety (90) days of employment shall constitute a probationary period during which employment may be terminated without notice or cause.

 

2. Training

​

  • Training Provision: V Tech Agents shall provide necessary training at designated locations. Employees are required to allocate time for this training and to fully participate therein.

 

3. Project Management

 

  • Project Allocation: Employees shall be assigned specific projects. If the performance is deemed unsatisfactory, the company reserves the right to reassign projects to other employees.

 

4. Salary

 

  • Payment: Employees shall receive a salary that is decided during the interview process, with potential increments based on performance and conduct, at the sole discretion of the company.

 

5. Data and Information Security

  • Data Ownership: All data provided by V Tech Agents is the property of the company. Employees must return and delete all company data upon termination of employment.

  • Confidentiality: Employees must maintain the confidentiality of all company data and trade secrets, both during and after the term of their employment.

 

6. Employment Term and Termination

​

  • Contract Term: Employees are required to commit to a minimum of two (2) years of service. Upon completion of this term, a three-month notice period or salary in lieu thereof is required for resignation.

  • Security Cheques: Employees must provide three (3) signed cheques as security against early resignation.

 

7. Non-Competition and Non-Solicitation

​

  • Non-Compete: Employees shall not engage in or assist with any competing business during their employment or can not become a competitor or can not work as a competitor freelancer for a period of three (3) years after termination.

  • Non-Solicitation: Employees shall not hire or solicit company employees or clients for a period of five (5) years post-employment.

  • Direct Engagement: Employees are prohibited from directly engaging with any of the company's clients to work directly with them, either during their employment or for a period of five (5) years after termination of their employment with V Tech Agents.

 

8. Employee Responsibilities

  • Compliance: Employees must comply with all company rules and regulations, work efficiently, and follow instructions to upgrade their skills.

  • Personal Work Leave: Employees must obtain prior permission to leave office premises for personal work.

  • Equipment Use: Employees must seek permission to use company equipment and are liable for any damages caused thereto.

 

9. Breach of Contract

  • Penalties: Specific penalties apply for breach of contract, including but not limited to compensation and legal actions.

  • Waiver: The company may, at its sole discretion, waive penalties in the event of serious illness or compelling personal circumstances.

  • Jurisdiction: Any legal disputes arising from this agreement shall be adjudicated exclusively in the courts located in Surat, Gujarat.

 

10. Dispute Resolution

 

  • Arbitration: All disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved by a Sole Arbitrator appointed by the company, in accordance with the Arbitration & Conciliation Act 1996.
